2. Services
We provide professional web design, development, SEO, e-commerce integration, and ongoing maintenance services. All work is delivered according to your project specifications and agreed timeline.
3. Orders & Payment
- You request a quote or place an order via our online form, specifying service type, scope, and any special requirements.
- Pricing is provided per project or per service module and detailed in your quote. Total cost = agreed fees.
- Payment is due as outlined in your quote: typically a deposit (50%) upfront and the balance on delivery. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and M-Pesa (Kenya) transfers.
4. Revisions & Support
We offer up to 2 rounds of free design or content revisions within 14 days of project delivery to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions will incur standard hourly rates.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel within 24 hours of project kickoff for a full refund of any deposit paid.
- After 24 hours, refunds are prorated based on work completed to date.
- No refunds are issued once final deliverables have been accepted.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
All client information, source files, and project details are kept strictly confidential. We will not share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you are granted exclusive rights to all final deliverables (code, designs, content). We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio only with your permission.
8. Warranties & Liability
We warrant that our work will conform to specifications and industry standards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
