Buyer pays AWASAM

Buyer wires 100% of the invoice to AWASAM's secure account. Payment status becomes Received.

Exporter ships

Exporter confirms dispatch and uploads the invoice, phytosanitary certificate, packing list, certificate of origin, and AWB inside the portal.

AWASAM verifies docs

Admin staff review buyer/exporter details, destination, HS codes, and certificate validity. No physical product checks.

Payment releases

Once documents are approved, AWASAM triggers payment.release() and funds move to the exporter before arrival.

Buyer receives goods

Shipment arrives as normal. Documents and payments remain in the VerificationLog for audit.
